CrossFit Kids (ages 7-12)
Monday & Wednesday 4:30 - 5:15pm
CrossFit Kids is a safe, fun and exciting program designed specifically to help children understand fitness by experience. The class will focus on improving movement patterns and instill a positive lifelong association between health and fitness. Your child will develop into a well rounded athlete in a fun, energetic class setting.
This class will introduce kids to some of the foundation movements of CrossFit in a fun environment. They will not only learn some of the movements such as squats, presses, and burpees, they will also engage in team building and learn a little about what foods are known to fuel the body.
