CrossFit for Masters(Age's 55+)
Our program dedicated specifically to the 50 and older crowd. We have devised this program to meet a growing demand in our community from the 50+ crowd for a fitness program that is catered to their needs. We work hard to ensure that as our clients age they not only maintain but continue to grow their overall strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. Age is just a number in this class as you will shortly find out. Classes are an hour long and meet 5 days a week. Come find your inner strength!
